Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policy

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

The estimated delivery times provided are determined by the shipping carrier and begin once the order has been dispatched.

1.3 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

1.4 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient was unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

1.5 Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, strikes, high shipping volumes, or carrier-related operational issues.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Requests

Customers may request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item has not been used;

  • The item remains in perfect condition;

  • The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and all included materials.

2.2 Defective Products

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the item.

Following inspection of the product, we may offer:

  • A replacement with the same product;

  • An exchange for a product of equal value;

  • Store credit;

  • A refund, where applicable.

2.3 Reasons an Exchange May Be Refused

Exchange requests may be denied if:

  • There is evidence of misuse or improper handling;

  • The product has been damaged by the customer;

  • The original packaging or essential accessories are missing;

  • The request is made after the applicable deadline.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

3.1 Right to Cancel

Customers may cancel their online purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product, provided that the item meets the return conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused;

  • In its original packaging;

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying documents.

3.2 Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Reason for the return;

  • Photos of the product, if requested.

Once the return request has been approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

3.3 Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued through the card provider and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

PIX or Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be issued to a bank account belonging to the purchaser within up to 10 business days after return approval.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

For returns related to manufacturing defects or cancellations made within the applicable withdrawal period, NomazeTech will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
